A very good example of the ever popular Genève model by Omega, manufactured in 1970. Silver sunburst dial in excellent condition. Applied stainless steel hour batons topped in black. Every baton retains its original luminous material bubble at the end. Matching steel hands with luminous material inserts. Sweep seconds hand.Stainless steel Omega logo. Omega, Genève and Swiss Made printed in black. Genuine Omega acrylic with the Omega logo etched in the centre. Original Omega crown.
The stainless steel case is in very good condition. The case-front displays the original sunburst brushed finish which really compliments the dial. Semi-integrated lugs. There are a few very minor scratches and dinks but nothing visually significant. The screw-fit case-back shows no signs of abuse through use of the wrong opening tools. Whilst it's clearly marked waterproof but is not! Keep the watch well away from water! It is fully marked Omega on the inside.
This watch runs on the Omega calibre 601. It's in great condition and runs well.
The watch comes with an aftermarket stainless steel bracelet which is in excellent condition. It will fit up to an 18cm wrist. Upon request this can be exchanged for a brand new non-Omega black leather strap.
