A 9k solid gold Omega Geneve from 1970.
With a superb dial featuring applied gold hour batons, and matching stick hands with black inserts, this watch exudes timeless elegance. The gold sweep seconds hand and applied Omega logo add to its luxurious appeal. The champagne dial has a textured vertical finish and is in excellent condition.
Fully signed Omega, Geneve and Swiss Made, this watch has the original crown with the Omega logo and is protected by an excellent acrylic with hardly a scratch.
The 9k solid gold case is of front opening design so there's less chance of contamination entering the watch. It is fully marked Omega on the inside together with the hallmarks for 9k solid gold. It's a presentation watch from Fisons for 30 years service and is fully engraved. There is a slight depression near the word by and a few scratches. At 33.6mm diameter (excluding the crown) the watch is less than one mm less than the average classical Seamaster of the 1950s.
Inside, you'll find the Omega 601 calibre manually wound movement, adding to the watch's value and prestige.
The watch comes with a lightly used quality non-Omega genuine leather strap for your comfort and style.
A beautiful, slim dress watch from Omega in solid 9k gold.
