1920 Antique Waltham full hunter pocket watch in excellent condition. 
 
This 100-year-old hunter pocket watch has a superb white porcelain dial almost free of marks and virtually no signs of aging. No hairline cracks. Crisp, saturated black Arabic numerals indicate the hours with a neat railroad track outer indicating the minutes. Blued steel Poire hands. Sunken small seconds sub-dial at 6.
 
The gold plate has no significant dinks or scratches and the lack of wear suggests the watch has only been worn for very special occasions. The case consists of a front cover (it's a hunter), a back cover and a dust cover. Depress the crown and the front cover opens to reveal the time. When finished looking, snap it shut. The inside of the back cover is marked A.W.C.Co (the American Watch Company) and made in Canada. The dust cover has a particularly nice presentation for the retirement of JT Nurse from the Manchester Guardian.
 
The movement is a delight to see and is fully signed and has the serial number 23486874 which dates to 1920.
